a creative workshop combining sound, art and writing – an ekphrastic excercise with a twist!
Hosted at Gallery X in Downtown New Bedford, Unexpected Anomalies is a creative workshop that encourages collaboration and sharing between artists and art forms. Musicians provide about 10 minutes of sound, while artists are encouraged to create something inspired by the sounds they hear.
The zine is a collection of the work inspired by this first experiment. We can’t wait to do it again. Stay tuned!
